Far as I know she has never publicly dished on Farrells. Don’t forget, she was also the only female member of the Rat Pack so Farrells might not have affected her much.
They always served women at the tables. I am not sure if even Pete Hamill ever claimed that she was the first to be served at the bar with the boys. If the bartender hesitated it might have been because he was thinking, “Tell me that’s not Shirley MacLaine”.

It was not a myth. I stopped in for a Container on the night ,Ms. Maclaine was served at Farrells. I don’t remember much other than the commotion and the crowd outside
