It was two years ago this week John Corrar passed away.
As a kid growing up in the neighborhood I looked up to a lot of the older guys, no one had a bigger impact on me than John.
I loved the guy.
John was a good ball player too. He had a sweet looking left-handed jumper. He played at John Jay High School but in the schoolyard he was the man.
He loved the San Francisco Giants.
John dressed with style. Lived on 12th street; brothers were Joey and Jimmy.
R.I.P. John – I miss you.

Thanks for sharing Joe. NHL Stanley Cup TV ratings were down, way down. More so than the NBA. What gives?

John was always a great guy. Always enjoyed hanging around with him. Funny but very intuitive
