The most devastating disaster ever.
September 11, 2001.
We can never forget.
please say a prayer
sad day- I think will always be for our generations
Never forget.. always say a prayer for the victims , heroes, and their families.. As Maureen said, this will always be a sad day for the generations who were old enough to remember ….
This year, it seemed a little sadder for me. Living in Austin, you have the memories, but it is still a little abstract. But having just been in NYC last month and seeing the memorials at Breezy and the WTC, it hit home more. Went for a run this morning at 5:30 and there was not a cloud in the sky and the moon and stars were shining bright. Thought of Vinny Brunton and all the others.
Too bad over time people will forget. Maybe that will be a good thing!!
I had lived out in Rockaway Beach for a few years before relocating west and a few guys from the Rockaways died on that day when responding to the tragedy. Sad day….didn’t seem like anyone was bashing police officers that day.
Just read something very disturbing on Face Book. My friend Bobby Pesce was at a memorial yesterday and a few of the guys parked in a McDonalds lot.
The rat bastards had their cars towed away even with the placards in the windows.
Like I posted on Face Book I dont eat that shit anyway. Now I won’t even buy a cup of coffe from McDonaldse
God bless Roseanne Lang and her nephew Brendan
